Release v1.0.4: Fixes a small rendering issue on Windows, where the text-decoration-thickness was not rendering correctly if a link was in bold text.

Release v1.0.3: This is a small bugfix release that fixes the styling of images in pages and introduces a new config option to add favicons to your website.

Release v1.0.2: This is a small hotfix that adds an excerpt of the post content to the blog pagination if the post doesn’t have titles (like this one!), and improves the text decoration on links, inheriting the thickness of the underline from the current font being used.

Minduim v1.0.1 adds styles to footnotes and the <figure> HTML element, something I forgot before releasing the v1.0.
